Gabrielle Gawne-Kelnar

Gabrielle Gawne-Kelnar: One Life Counselling & Psychotherapy

Gabrielle is a qualified psychotherapist who works with beginnings, transitions and endings: the art of being human.

So whether you’re facing depression or anxiety, hoping to ‘get un-stuck’, wanting to heal your relationship dynamics, living with illness (including cancer), making major life changes, going through bereavement, looking for more meaning in your life, or focusing on improving your self-esteem, Gabrielle can help you find your way.

Gabrielle believes that each of us carries our own unique solutions somewhere within – it’s just that sometimes these can be hard to see at first.  Therapy helps uncover them.

So Gabrielle tailors a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your needs, including narrative therapy, person-centred therapy, existential therapy and solution-focused therapy as well as employing aspects of mindfulness, art therapy, systemic theory and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Together, these therapies help you create a safe space to draw breath, to explore your resourcefulness, and to gather your strength for the journey ahead.
