Experience
Jessica’s experiences include working in mental health, primary care and corporate psychology across both the government and non-government sector. She has been actively involved in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of clients across these settings, having worked with adults, adolescents and children with a wide range of presenting concerns including:

In addition to her work in private practice, Jessica currently works part-time as a psychologist in state government. She is also completing a PhD (Clinical Psychology) at Westmead Children’s Hospital with a focus on the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders in adolescents.
Therapeutic approach
Jessica takes a collaborative approach to therapy, focused on ensuring clients therapeutic needs and psychosocial circumstances are reflected in individual treatment plans. She employs an array of techniques, tailored to meet individual client needs, which originate from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy and narrative therapy.
